This role is suited for an entrepreneurial, client-focused tax professional with leadership experience and a strong desire to influence both client strategy and firm direction. The Partner will oversee client services, lead business development, and optimize operational efficiencies, working closely with the outsourced teams to ensure smooth processes.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of personal and business clients, delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services.
• Oversee outsourced tax return preparation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Drive growth by building client relationships, exploring service expansion opportunities, and identifying new revenue streams.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead team members to uphold high standards of service and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate on firm growth strategies, enhance operational efficiencies, and promote client satisfaction, with the potential for a future ownership stake.

• CPA, EA, or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of relevant tax experience, covering both personal and business tax domains.
• Proven expertise in client management and business development within a tax practice.
• Strong tax technical skills with a proactive approach to staying informed on regulatory changes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic decision-making abilities, and a growth-oriented perspective.
• Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to providing exceptional client service.
