What we offer our team members?
As an Insights Storyteller on our Professional Services team, you will analyze interactions between our clients and their customers, translating qualitative and quantitative data into compelling, actionable narratives. Partnering closely with Strategic Relationship Executives and Customer Success Managers, you will create and present insights that inspire client decision-making and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate client-customer interactions to uncover meaningful findings.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify actionable, relevant insights.
Develop captivating storylines that bring data to life and capture client attention.
Design and build impactful PowerPoint presentations that visually support data-backed storytelling.
Present engaging, insight-rich stories to clients in primarily virtual settings.
Facilitate client discussions around key findings, fostering understanding and action.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client goals.
Continuously refine Authenticx’s approach to data-driven storytelling.
Maintain a deep understanding of the Authenticx platform, features, and use cases.
Build and nurture positive client relationships, always focusing on their needs and desired outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Writing, or related fields (preferred).
3-5 years’ experience in a B2B customer-facing role, with proven presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights.
Superior public speaking, group facilitation, and 1:1 communication skills.
Proficiency in designing compelling PowerPoint presentations to support storytelling.
Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
SaaS, Healthcare, or B2B professional services experience preferred.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of web applications and a willingness to learn new technologies.
A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.

Additional Information
:
This is a remote role.
Local team members (Indianapolis area) have the option to work in a hybrid environment.
Non-local team members may be required to travel to Indiana 1-2 times per year based on business needs.
