Part Time & Full Time as a Barista server in a Beautiful French Specialty café ( bakery and pastry Café)

Weekend work is important.

Salary:

• Barista/server: hourly rate depends on Experience in other Specialty Coffee Shops
• $13-16/H which includes Credit Card tips (variable)
• however Cash tip is on top of that ( not included)
• Note: test and training period required for 1 to 3 days before approval of hiring. minimum wage applied if you qyuit in the first 15 days or we stop your training period for performance reason.
• Possibility to grow and manage if you have leadership skills
• Returning former employees are welcome
• Once you learn your duty is also to train throughly new hired employee.

Shifts starts at 7:30 AM or 9:00 AM and ends at 2:30 PM or 4 30 PM

Proven working experience as a Barista in Specialty Coffee Shop is a plus (for higher salary) BUT NOT Mandatory! we train from scratch.

Café Vendôme is a French Bakery Pastry Café ( Parisian Style) in Sandy Springs and North of Buckhead Atlanta, is looking for one barista to join our customer oriented team. We are located on 4969 Roswell Road Suite 155 Atlanta and 6400 Blue Stone Rd Sandy Springs

Our ideal candidate has Server Experience, ethical, self driven, understand service concept, and autonomous. We teach you how to be a good Barista!

Must be : Reliable, Caring about business and teammates, LOVE People, Self Motivated, Independent, Emotionally Intelligent, Experienced, positive , and patient.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area and tables
• Serve Pastry and Viennoiseries
• Run sandwiches and salad
• POS used are Toast
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Autonomy and anticipation of tasks
