Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: San Francisco, CA 94105

Overview
This role involves spearheading technical recruitment efforts for a distributed talent acquisition team. The team focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent for technology-focused roles across Engineering, Product, IT, Support, and Security. You will partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to define and execute hiring strategies while managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes research, talent mapping, candidate assessment, and facilitating hiring discussions for a variety of technical functions during a critical growth phase.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and establish hiring strategies.
  • Conduct market research, generate search strategies, and create target candidate profiles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines, including diverse and qualified candidate pools.
  • Lead candidate calibration meetings and hiring manager updates to fine-tune search efforts.
  • Maintain a high standard of candidate evaluation through rigorous screening and reference checks.
  • Conduct on-site interviews and provide support during hiring decisions.
  • Negotiate complex offers, utilizing knowledge of compensation and benefits structures.
  • Leverage recruitment data to guide and optimize search strategies and decisions.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in technical recruitment.
  • Proven success recruiting for software engineering and technical roles at multiple levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract diverse talent.
  • Proficient in leveraging recruitment technologies and tools in a business setting.
