Position Summary:
The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance the use of Salesforce within the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce projects. This role will also focus on integration and administration support for Linksquares and DocuSign, ensuring its seamless integration and optimal performance within the Salesforce ecosystem. Additionally, the Salesforce Business Analyst will provide general and administrative Salesforce support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the platform.

Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including customization and configuration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed user stories and functional specifications.
• Provide ongoing support and training for Salesforce users, addressing issues and improving system efficiency.
• Develop and deliver ongoing Salesforce end-user training programs.
• Create training materials, conduct workshops, and provide one-on-one support to users.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and best practices, ensuring users can leverage Salesforce functionalities effectively.
• Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform general Salesforce administration tasks such as managing user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce, conducting regular audits and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Enhance contract capabilities on the Linksquares platform independently of other integrations, ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of the organization.
• Administer Linksquares, including provisioning/deprovisioning user accounts, maintaining contract templates, and providing end-user support.
• Create, support, and maintain Salesforce/Linksquares integration, ensuring successful data exchange.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand business utilization of Salesforce and Linksquares, creating user stories and delivering solutions.
• Provide business analysis for Linksquares, Salesforce CRM, and their integration.
• Administer DocuSign for agreements and integrate it with Linksquares and Salesforce.
• Address Salesforce Support break/fix and small enhancement requests.
• Maintain a strong and genuine focus on Network & Contract Operations.
• Other duties as assigned


Required Knowledge, Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Administrator.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in a Scrum team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly Preferred Skills, Abilities & Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of contract management systems, particularly Linksquares.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements related to contracts, ensuring all contracts are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant
• Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and/or Non-profit Cloud knowledge and experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Physical Requirements
