UI REACH in the College of Education at the University of Iowa is seeking to hire a Quality Improvement Coordinator to coordinate the UI REACH quality improvement and assurance process based on established best practices as published by accrediting entities and research. Responsibilities include reviewing standards/best practices, conducting/reviewing self-assessment of compliance with standards, working with the UI REACH Director and Leadership Team on creating a project management plan to move the quality improvement processes forward, collaborate with UI REACH staff, students and other stakeholders, meet benchmarks, monitor and assess progress, and meet timelines established.
Location : Lindquist Center, Iowa City, IA. A hybrid work arrangement within the state of Iowa may be considered. Work arrangement options will be discussed during the hiring process. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location.
Appointment: This is a full-time three year specified term appointment.
