Position Overview:

The Project Manager position will play an essential role the construction of wastewater management systems and Water treatment Facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the water and wastewater systems, as well as managing projects related to the maintenance, repair, and upgrades of these systems. This role requires a strong understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, as well as project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of utility workers and technicians in the operation and maintenance of the water and wastewater systems
• Ensure all water and wastewater treatment processes are running efficiently and meet regulatory standards
• Plan, organize, and manage projects related to the maintenance, repair, and upgrades of the water and wastewater systems
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and systems
• Manage budgets and resources for projects and day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects
• Provide training and guidance to team members on safety procedures, equipment operation, and maintenance tasks
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in water and wastewater treatment technology

Qualifications:

• 8+ Years of Experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment
• Strong Knowledge of Water and Wastewater Treatment Processes, Equipment, and Systems
• Proven Experience in Project Management, including Planning, Budgeting, and Resource Management
• Proficient in using Computer Software and Systems related to Water and Wastewater Treatment and Project Management
• Bachelors degree, Preferably in Construction Management
