Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules for landscape design, lawn care, and irrigation installation projects.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Manage project teams and delegate tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in landscape design, lawn care, or irrigation installation.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, lawn care techniques, and irrigation systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets and project timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
