Are you a dedicated Pharmacy Technician looking for a fulfilling career in a supportive environment? We have exciting long-term, temp-to-hire opportunities available in our closed door pharmacy and semi-remote settings!

This position offers a comprehensive training program in a pharmacy setting, followed by a transition to a remote role. During the training period, you will work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Once training is completed, your remote hours will be Monday to Friday, either from 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM, with weekends and holidays off.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering phone inquiries and addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage patient orders using our pharmacy management system.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities align with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest standard of care to our patients.
Teamwork: Foster a positive work environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:

Location: Must reside in Arizona due to on-site training requirements.
Certifications: CPhT and National Certification are required.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with pharmacy management systems is essential.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience: Recent experience as a pharmacy technician is preferred, along with the ability to attend on-site training. Additional on-site training may be required periodically as programs are onboarded and systems are updated.
