What’s a typical day as a Patient Services Representative - Float? You’ll be:
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and coworkers.
• Operating a multi-line telephone system to connect interoffice and house calls.
• Registering patients and scheduling appointments.
• Retrieving insurance information.
• Assisting with opening up clinic tasks for first patient arrival.
• Greeting patients and performing check-in duties.
• Maintaining tidy reception/waiting areas.
• Assisting patients with completing registration forms.
• Calling patients to obtain needed information for appointments.
• Verifying and updating patient records as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Are comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
• Have previous medical office experience (preferred but not necessary).
• Are able to multi-task effectively.
