Job Description

POSITION GOAL

To provide assistance in the coordination/installation and to monitor the performance of all remote and local online computing equipment. To assist with end-user questions and problems relating to computer hardware and data lines.

ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
• Three (3) years of progressively more responsible work experience in the area of computers and data communications technology.

OR

• Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
• Two (2) years of progressively more responsible work experience in the area of computers and data communications technology and a certificate of completion in an accredited course in computer electronics repair.

And

• Computer skills as required for the position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Are you bilingual? (Preferred)

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with the District's approved compensation plan. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by the School Board.

Salary Range: $34,504 - $52,891
