Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead and manage our nursing home facility. The LNHA will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, maintaining regulatory compliance, and overseeing all aspects of facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and a passion for improving the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home facility, ensuring high standards of resident care and services.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and operational efficiency.
* Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
* Monitor and manage the facility's budget, including financial planning, expense control, and revenue generation.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and staff engagement.
* Handle resident and family concerns with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
* Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain and improve the quality of care and services.
* Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, healthcare providers, and the community.
* Oversee the maintenance and improvement of the facility's physical environment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Current and valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of OH.
