Job Description:

As a Special Education Teacher, you will:

Develop and Implement IEPs: Create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities in a virtual learning environment, ensuring accessible and personalized online instruction.

Adapt Teaching Strategies: Utilize various online teaching strategies, tools, and resources to engage students effectively, promoting their academic success in a remote setting.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with parents, virtual team members, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive virtual classroom experience for all students.

Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor and assess student progress through online evaluations, making data-driven adjustments to support continuous growth and development in a virtual learning space.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Pay: Enjoy a highly competitive salary ranging from $34 to $40 per hour.
