Your primary aim will be to ensure every vacation is as stressfree and enjoyable as possible for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on destinations focusing on factors such as costs cultural practices climate and client reviews to ensure the best travel advice.
• Evaluate clients travel needs and preferences to suggest the most suitable travel packages or tailor services to their individual desires.
• Handle the complete travel booking process from start to finish ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for each client.
• Provide uptodate travel information and materials to assist clients in making informed travel decisions.
• Manage financial aspects including collecting deposits and processing payments for bookings.
• Utilize promotional techniques and create marketing materials to increase sales of our unique travel itineraries.
• Resolve any issues during the travel process determining eligibility for refunds or credits when needed.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Seek support and guidance from our family team when needed to enhance client satisfaction.
• Skillfully manage crisis situations ensuring client safety and maintaining our reputation for trusted travel planning.

Qualifications:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with computers or smartphones.
• Willingness to participate in both live and recorded training sessions and meetings.
• Selfmotivated with a positive attitude eager to learn adapt and work independently within our supportive family framework.
• Able to work hard as a team player to continue our culture

Good to Have:

• Comprehensive understanding of various travel sectors including domestic international business and leisure travel.
• Experience booking travel: flights cruises resorts etc.
• Experience researching and getting quotes together for clients to compare
