Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to completion
• Support event logistics including venue setup registration and vendor coordination
• Help manage event timelines ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
• Coordinate with vendors suppliers and venues to ensure seamless execution of events
• Assist with event marketing and promotion including social media updates and email campaigns
• Provide onsite support during events including troubleshooting and addressing any issues that arise
• Conduct postevent evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain organized event documentation and records

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
