Job Description

1. Native English speaker with clear accent and fluent language expression.
2. At least 2 years or more experience in teaching English to children, familiar with the teaching system and educational philosophy of international schools.
3. Patient with children, able to build good interactive relationships with them, and provide high-quality personalized teaching.
4. Able to develop and adjust teaching plans and content based on the child's age and English level.
5. Responsible, respect each child's personality and differences, and able to stimulate children's learning interest and potential. 1. Conduct regular English teaching every week, including training in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

1. Provide children with a fun, innovative learning environment to help them improve their English level.
2. Maintain good communication with parents, regularly feedback on the child's learning progress and situation.
