Job Description

A financial firm is looking for a Developer to join their team. This position is remote.

Pay: $40-50/hr

Our client is looking to hire an Analyst or Associate Developer to join the Corporate Technology team on a contract basis for a 6-month duration. The RPA team partners with Business Product Managers, Platform Technology Managers, and functional teams across the firm to help define and prioritize automation projects. The role will be responsible for assisting in driving the adoption and implementation of Robotic Process Automation across firm.

Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze business requirements and ensure they are clearly articulated with proposed potential solutions.
Collect data from various sources and have a continuous process improvement mindset.
Create a priority roadmap of Intelligent Automation Process Candidates (IAPC).
Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements.
Contribute to the design and testing of RPA processes.
Identify ways to improve performance and robustness.
Participate in code reviews and lead progress update meetings.
Offer technical solutions, effort estimation, and outline delivery strategy and plans.
Execute the staging and deployment of automation solutions in both sandbox and live environments.
Provide dedicated support and configuration assistance post-production.
Create documentation and user guides for RPA processes.

Qualifications:

1 years of experience of business analysis and project management experience
Experience working with gathering requirements and implementing solutions in a systematic way
Analytics driven to measure the impact of RPA solution on processes and teams
Technical understanding of APIs, HTML, and system integrations
Integration experience and knowledge in how systems efficiently communicate
Strong prioritization and project management skills, including timely, and proactive communication of timelines, and status
Experience building and running a repeatable requirement gathering and implementation process
RPA and UiPath experience or a strong desire to learn is a plus
