COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

WheresTheBus LLC (WTB) is headquartered in Framingham, MA. The company develops and sells GPS technologies that allow schools to know where their buses are at all times, and parents to know precisely when their child’s school bus will arrive at their bus stop. WheresTheBus also develops onboard technologies such as ruggedized tablets and student tracking technologies.

WTB is a small, profitable, rapidly growing technology company that creates and sells cutting edge software products to schools. WTB sources and supplies industry leading hardware, adding best in class software, to provide a complete solution for school transportation operators. WTB’s technologies are constantly updated and improved upon to remain the leader in real-time school bus software and onboard technologies.

JOB DESCRIPTION, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an exceptional, highly driven individual who will take our customer service analytics to the next level. A critical thinker who thinks 'outside the box' to find creative, elegant ways to use data to improve our customer service and customer satisfaction. You will be working directly with customers, product managers and engineering teams, focused on helping to drive decisions based on statistically significant analysis. The duties and responsibilities of this internship can be done 100% remotely.

A few of the many responsibilities will include:

· Build reports and perform ad-hoc analysis for the operations and customer service teams.

· Analyze and validate data in new and existing web reports

· Ensure implementation is operational, all data is being received, and system information entered.

· Implement consistent software testing standards and processes

· Suggest improvements to the product and features being tested from the perspective of an expert end-user

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

There are several traits that a candidate will be expected to display in order to excel in the role:

· Quantitative, analytical, problem-solver who is organized, methodical, and process-driven.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization.

· Self-starter, able to multi-task, excel under pressure, and work independently with a geographically dispersed team.

· Must be detail oriented with strong time-management skills in order to perform effectively in a deadline-oriented work environment.

· Extensive experience working in Excel is critical. Must be able to take massive amounts of data, organize, sort, and analyze problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
