Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Communications Agent to join our team. The Communications Agent will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all platforms. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Communications:

   • Develop and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
   • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that information is communicated efficiently.
   • Manage internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication channels.

2. External Communications:

   • Craft press releases, media kits, and other materials for external distribution.
   • Act as the primary contact for media inquiries and public relations efforts.

3. Crisis Communications:

   • Assist in managing communications during crisis situations, ensuring timely and accurate information is disseminated.
   • Prepare statements and responses to address potential reputational issues.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the public.
   • Organize and participate in events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
