Job Description

Successful business is seeking the following team member:

Pay: $15.00 per hour to start with room for growth. Company offers outstanding benefits!!!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Associate and Client Intake Associate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exact daily duties are to be determined but will include: Client Intake, filing, scanning, emailing, document management, memorandums, and various administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) (completion of testing is required)
  • Previous relevant administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to work in MS Word, Outlook, Excel (completion of testing is required)
  • Accurate and speedy data entry/typing skills (completion of testing is required)
