Technique, Inc. is a Michigan-based stamping, tubing and welding facility offering the shortest lead-times and highest quality parts in the industry. We offer high-speed prototypes, ultra-low volume stampings, tubing and assemblies for production and emergency-based manufacturing for industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical and food processing.

Technique, Inc. is currently looking for a 3D laser technician with the ability to make fast and accurate decisions relating to the production process and advanced multi-axis laser cutting equipment used in this highly skilled technical position. A good understanding of materials, tolerances and 6-axis laser cutting techniques is required.
Available Shifts: Multiple shifts available:
Monday-Friday – 7:00am-3:30pm
Monday-Thursday – 3:30pm-2:00am ($1.00 per hour shift premium)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)
Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 5:00am-5:30pm ($2.00 per hour shift premium)
Job Responsibilities - Understanding of materials, tolerances and 6-axis laser cutting techniques
- Knowledge of TRUMPF and BLM LT-Free lasers.
- Ability to understand and learn blueprints.
- Loading parts in machine
- Powering up/shutting down machine.
- Basic welding
- Opening and understanding related software
Required: Vocational training (STEM Program, Career Center or Technical Trades Training).
Some college.
2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
